Most pieces are made to order. After placing an order, please check your email regularly for emails from ARD to ensure a smooth transaction, especially for custom orders. Please be as descriptive as possible in the notes section to ensure a timely preparation and creation of your one of a kind piece.

Digital proofs will be emailed after payment. Please allow 3 business days for the proof email. Timely approval of proof is required.
Actual lettering on the ornament, doormat, or wood sign may differ slightly from the digital proof because of the nature of the medium used or the composition of the object being lettered on.
Bulk orders are currently available for doormats. Order minimum: 5 doormats. Please contact me for more info on ordering multiple doormats.
Once a product is shipped, Audacious Reign Designs is not responsible for USPS delay, theft, damage by the carrier, etc.
I ship through USPS or UPS, and an email will be sent to you with your tracking number. If your package is lost, you will need to contact USPS/UPS to file a claim with them.
Please check your address, if an item is shipped back because of a wrong address, purchaser will need pay for shipping again.
With standard shipping, you can expect your order to be delivered within 2-6 business days.
I do not accept return, exchanges, or cancellations.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
If a jewelry piece (waistbeads, anklets, and earrings) arrives damaged or breaks within 7 days of delivery, I will replace it for free.
Photo of damaged jewelry must be emailed to email@example.com
I typically have quite a few orders, so if you need an order out sooner, you need to contact me with a request ASAP.
